Welcome to Riding Serenity

I'm Nadine Neufeld – a certified riding therapist, aspiring Hippolini instructor, and president of the Kolbenhof Equestrian Sports Group for the Disabled (BRSK). With Riding Serenity, I've created a place where children, teens, and adults can build self-confidence, resolve inner blocks, and develop emotional strength in a safe environment.

Horses are highly sensitive, social beings who respond to the subtlest of cues. Their natural presence promotes mindfulness, clarity, and trust—ideal conditions for therapeutic and educational processes. My offerings combine riding therapy, riding education, and coaching into a holistic approach that is individually tailored to the needs of each participant.

I work with my own method that combines riding lessons, relationship work with the horse, and targeted exercises to promote self-awareness, communication, and personal growth.

Pedagogical approach
In my educational work, the experience with horses is at the heart of my work. Children, in particular, benefit from a playful approach that supports their motor, emotional, and social development. My training as a Hippolini teacher enables me to implement child-friendly and structured learning processes that promote enjoyment, self-efficacy, and respectful interaction.

Scientifically proven
Numerous studies demonstrate the healing effects of horses. For example, the University of Leipzig has shown that horseback riding therapy significantly reduces anxiety and depression symptoms in those suffering from PTSD. Further research demonstrates improvements in emotional stability and self-confidence – especially in children and adolescents experiencing psychological stress.

Riding Serenity stands for safety, trust and the power of true connection – between humans and animals, but also with oneself.

Please feel free to contact me for a non-binding initial consultation.
